Name/Nickname: Charaka Complex Tumblr: Charaka ComplexAge: 20 Country: India Education Level: Undergraduate (currently) Major/Subject(s): MBBS degree (medicine) Fun fact about yourself: I don't know how other countries do it, but in my school we divide the year into 'blocks' based on topics to be covered in that year of med school. First years do anat/physio/biochem so we have five blocks, the first of which deals with the upper limb. Also, our dissection teachers rotate each block (we're 250 students split into twelve groups with a teacher per group). On the first day of dissection in the first block the teacher assigned to our table holds up the scapula/shoulder blade to his elbow and starts talking about it. Needless to say ever since we have gotten along famously, by which I mean I've had correct him every time he's blundered during the first block because I'm the only one brave (reckless/impatient) enough so to do. >_> Luckily, we got an actually competent teacher the second block... |
