In these last two high school years I have taken more notes than ever and due to that, my handwriting became a mess to the point some teachers told me to improve it. And I did. The trick is... resetting. Using guided pages for calligraphy like this one I forced myself to make clean letters and, in the meantime, I changed the way I did some of them for another one, way quicker. The best way to improve following a fast pace is to write actual sentences instead of repeating the same over and over. The way to use it is: Write under the choppy line and the thick continuous one right under it. Lower case letters must not be over the choppy line (with the exception of l and t) and capital letters must take both sides of the choppy line, and the thinner line at the bottom in case you make fancy Gs, J, Y, etc. I printed them twice on each paper so that it isn´t wasteful and because if not, the lines were too wide for my natural size of writting. I filled about 20 pages this way (40 charts in total, in a month) until I was completely happy with the result My last advice is to look for a handwriting you can write fast and clear (In my case, it´s very curvy and allows me to make letters like H without lifting the pen) so that you can read your notes properly. I hope this can be helpful to someone.
